This large three-bin bulk potato storage measures 15.8 x 38.1 m (52 x 125 ft). It will store about 1725 t (1900 tons) of potatoes at a depth of 4.5 m (15 ft). An optional loading, grading and working area is shown across the front of the storage. The building consists of a 1.2 m (4 ft) concrete foundation, wood frame construction and batt type insulation. Cool outside air is used to control storage temperature.
