This small two-bin bulk potato storage measures 12.2 x 24.4 m (40 x 80 ft). It will store about 590 t (650 tons) of potatoes at a depth of 4.3 m (14 ft). The building consists of a 1.2 m (4 ft) concrete foundation, wood frame construction and batt type insulation. Cool outside air is used to control storage temperature.
